Help tackle the growing wildfire crisis as a Senior/Principal Product Designer at Pano AI, leading design strategy and execution for the Alerts experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead design strategy and execution for the Alerts squad
- Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, legal, and executives to define and deliver end-to-end customer experiences
- Translate complex user needs into clear flows, information architecture, and notification logic systems
- Conduct user research with dispatchers, fire agencies, and other stakeholders to inform design decisions
- Design in Figma across interaction, information, and visual design; prototyping and coding skills are a plus
Requirements
- 8+ years of product or UX design experience
- Strong portfolio of end-to-end ownership in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong systems thinker with expertise in interaction, information, and visual design; proficient in Figma
