Designer

The role involves creating visual assets/images for business requirements, producing variants of existing assets, and designing configuration to enhance usability and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews and approvals of design assets to ensure they meet brand standards and quality benchmarks
• Create visual assets/images for the business requirements
• Produce variants of existing assets according to the business and compliance requirements
• Create and configure new design elements that enhance usability, accessibility, and overall user experience
• Publish and maintain approved design assets in shared libraries or repositories for use by the broader design team
• Work closely with UX designers, developers, and content teams to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication
• Uphold and advocate for brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual outputs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a design or visual production role
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout
