Responsibilities
- Lead design end-to-end for Reducto, owning everything from defining a world-class brand to shipping beautiful experiences that users love
- Develop brand new products and user workflows
- Build and own our design system, brand, and how we present ourselves to the world
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience shipping complex products, ideally for engineers, researchers, or ops-heavy teams
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and defining structure where none exists
- High bar for quality and doesn't rest until the job is done right—no settling for 90%
Key Skills
- High agency and ability to own design end-to-end
- Move fast, but also care deeply about polish and craft
- Keep up with the latest developments in ML/AI
