The UX Designer will facilitate visually engaging, user-centric digital interactions for users. This position will contribute to the research and creation of intuitive, accessible user interfaces for CompTIA’s learning platforms.
Responsibilities
- Help drive UX/UI design projects
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to comprehend requirements and contribute thoughtful design solutions
- Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, and UI prototypes to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively
- Develop and maintain UI components and design systems
- Ensure all variations of project UX/UI designs align with the overall product design strategy and maintain consistency
Requirements
- Proven UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio on how you approach and solve design problems
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
- Ability to present designs and collaborate on solutions to with various stakeholders
Key Skills
- Strong grasp of user-centered design and research concepts
- Knack for visual arrangement
- Capacity to work cooperatively with diverse teams
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
