Own the design of end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile. Collaborate with product and engineering to define problem spaces and create high-fidelity designs for new features and UX improvements.
Responsibilities
- Own the design of end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile
- Partner with product and engineering to define problem spaces, uncover rationale behind feature requests, and bring clarity to product direction
- Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and UX improvements
Requirements
- A proactive approach to surfacing problems, proposing solutions, and driving clarity without waiting for instruction
- 4+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a product company (SaaS, marketplace, or similar)
- Advanced Figma skills — scalable component libraries, variant-driven layouts, structured systems, and rapid interactive prototypes
Key Skills
- Proven ability to dig into the rationale behind incoming design requests, challenge assumptions, and bring a strategic lens to the problem space
- Strong capability to justify design decisions with clear reasoning rooted in user needs, data, usability principles, and business context
