Design engaging interfaces for the Doctor App and Patient Portal while conducting user research and usability testing. Collaborate with the digital delivery team to enhance patient and doctor digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Designing seamless and engaging interfaces and workflows for the Doctor App and Patient Portal
- Conducting user research and usability testing to inform and refine design solutions
- Staying abreast of industry trends and applying relevant innovations to enhance product designs
- Participating in quarterly planning and workshops to contribute to product strategy and prioritise features effectively
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Essential Bachelor’s degree, Graduate Certificate or Diploma in relevant field
- Experience working closely with developers and cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- Expertise in conducting user research and usability testing, and integrating findings into the design process
Key Skills
- Proficiency in UI design tools (e.g., Figma)
- User-centred design principles
- Behavioural analytics tools
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform (desirable)
