Staff Product Designer ㅡ Coupang Play

Lead the overall product experience for Coupang Play, from strategy formulation to execution. Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to set strategic directions and improve user journeys across multiple devices.

Responsibilities

• Achieve product goals and lead design direction for Coupang Play customer experience.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to set strategic direction and contribute to product roadmap discussions.
• Design experiences across multiple devices and platforms, improve user journeys, and lead design system improvements.
• Take ownership of products, collaborate on priority management, and ensure final quality.
• Define problems and set UX strategies based on data, and perform A/B testing to optimize products.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in product design.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, HCI, Computer Science, or Psychology.
• A portfolio that includes market-released products/designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to extract insights, create user journeys, and drive the design process from end-to-end.
• Experience collaborating with engineers to ensure designs are implemented correctly and managing quality.
