Lead the full design process from research to delivery, ensuring user-centered designs that meet business goals. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions and maintain design consistency across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full design process, including research, discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing, and delivery
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs and inform design decisions
- Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions to drive team consensus and decision-making
- Develop user-centered designs that balance business goals, technical constraints, and usability
- Produce polished interactive mockups and prototypes, iterating based on user feedback
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments
- Proven ability to design for multiple devices and screen sizes, ensuring a seamless user experience
- Strong expertise in all phases of design thinking and user-centered design
- Excellent research, storytelling, mapping, and blueprinting skills
