The Product Designer will focus on providing value to customers, ensuring product usability, and maintaining the design system. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design user experiences and iterate on the current user experience.
Responsibilities
- Rapidly create deliverables and execute high fidelity design
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to design the end-to-end user experience of products
- Understand and respond to data to inform design decisions and recommendations
- Work with product managers and developers to iterate on and refine the current user experience
- Design for multiple variations of an asset when necessary for delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in product design or related field
- 3+ years of experience in product design
- Current design portfolio, illustrating UX/UI experience
- Demonstrable experience analyzing user feedback in both qualitative quantitative formats
- Believes in simplicity as a key product design principle
Key Skills
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience managing and working with a Design System
- Strong organizational skills
- Previous experience designing for a technology company
- Meticulous attention to detail in the design and execution of consistent, compelling work
