The Product Designer will focus on providing value to customers, ensuring product usability, and maintaining the design system. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design user experiences and iterate on the current user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Rapidly create deliverables and execute high fidelity design
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to design the end-to-end user experience of products
  • Understand and respond to data to inform design decisions and recommendations
  • Work with product managers and developers to iterate on and refine the current user experience
  • Design for multiple variations of an asset when necessary for delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in product design or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in product design
  • Current design portfolio, illustrating UX/UI experience
  • Demonstrable experience analyzing user feedback in both qualitative quantitative formats
  • Believes in simplicity as a key product design principle

Key Skills

  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Experience managing and working with a Design System
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Previous experience designing for a technology company
  • Meticulous attention to detail in the design and execution of consistent, compelling work
