UX Content Designer to shape product experiences with a user-centered approach, designing and developing conversational AI for voice and text-based interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Establish the personality, voice, tone, and style conventions for the AI model's responses and design the end-to-end conversational experience
- Craft and maintain the system instructions that guide the model's behavior and response generation
- Define the criteria and metrics used to evaluate the quality of the AI's responses
- Work closely with evaluation teams to analyze user feedback and performance data to improve the user experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience in UX writing, content design, technical writing, writing, editorial, marketing, or related
- Experience in designing and developing conversational AI for voice and text-based interfaces
- Portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of the principles of user-centered design
- Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
