A partner company of Jobgether is seeking a Principal UX Designer to lead UX strategy and design across a portfolio impacting diverse stakeholders, including buyers, sellers, and internal operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the UX design roadmap for fulfillment products, making final design decisions and ensuring high-quality outcomes
- Advocate for user needs and translate customer insights into actionable design solutions
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to prototype, deliver, and evaluate designs
Requirements
- 8+ years of UX design experience, including leadership on shipping, logistics, or marketplace-related fulfillment experiences
- Proven track record of designing and delivering end-to-end user experiences
- Expertise in UX methodologies, tools (e.g., Figma), and integrating AI into design workflows
