The Designer will help evolve and mature the Campfire design system, collaborating with other designers on projects that influence various creative outputs. Responsibilities include advocating for web best practices, fostering design consistency, and implementing processes for the UX/engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Continuing to evolve and refine a design language that resonates with clients
- Partnering closely with UX leadership to create design consistency and quality across the platform
- Fostering continual design system education throughout the team
- Promoting inclusive design; designing for equity and accessibility
- Forming strong partnerships with engineering teams to create frictionless design system implementation
- Reviewing in-flight designs with Product Designers for holistic application of a design solution
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer
- Outstanding portfolio
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field
- Refined design aesthetic
- Excellent skills in Figma
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- Advanced understanding of web components, interaction design, visual design and industry trends
