Product Designer II to shape the future of service by designing experiences that put people first while leveraging cutting-edge AI capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end creation of user-centered designs by incorporating user research insights, developing design concepts and delivering high-quality design artifacts
- Establish and maintain a clear experience vision aligned with user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements
- Leverage storytelling to convey the design vision and user journey, transforming complex ideas into compelling narratives
- Collaborate with researchers, product managers, engineers, business, and other stakeholders to align on UX goals, ensure implementation feasibility, and refine designs based on feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field
- 3+ years experience working in product or service design OR equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience shipping products, services, or games and/or delivering to customers as a result of an end-to-end design process
Key Skills
- Modern design tools such as Figma
- Front-end fundamentals—including accessibility, performance, and responsive design principles
