Responsible for leading design projects and creating visually appealing designs across various media formats. Collaborates with departments to ensure designs meet business requirements and supports consistent brand messaging.
Responsibilities
- Lead design projects and ensure that all designs meet the company's standards for quality and effectiveness
- Create visually appealing designs for a variety of mediums, including print and digital materials
- Understand the brand policies to guide and consult with internal clients across the system
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that designs meet business requirements and project goals
- Ensure that all designs are produced within specified deadlines and budgets
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure that designs remain relevant and effective
- Contribute to the development of design policies and procedures as needed
- Provide design support for special projects and events as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field of study
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects
- Ability to lead design projects and provide guidance to junior designers
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
