Product Designer

Sinch is seeking a Product Designer to help shape the end-to-end design for their provisioning experience within Sinch Build, making it seamless, intuitive, and delightful for customers.

Responsibilities

• Design the user experience: Create clear and intuitive experiences to support customers through discovery, configuration, and management on our self-service portal
• Improve UX across provisioning: Contribute to a unified experience across multiple product offerings by applying shared design systems and ensuring visual and functional consistency
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with PMs, Engineers, and fellow Designers to deliver high-quality end-to-end experiences that balance user needs with business objectives
• Respond to customer insights: Partner with key stakeholders to review user feedback, identify usability issues, conduct user research, and design meaningful improvements
• Maintain UX quality: Help track UX enhancements, bugs, and design debt, feeding them into product planning to continually elevate user experience
• Deliver production-ready design assets: Develop flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that clearly communicate ideas and guide development

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience designing for SaaS, CPaaS, or developer-focused products
• Strong skills in Figma and experience using or contributing to design systems for complex products
• A solid understanding of UX best practices, accessibility, and usability testing
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and ship high-quality work
• Experience designing for multi-step workflows such as registrations and setups
• An iterative, data-informed design approach and comfort incorporating user feedback
• A portfolio showcasing impactful, user-centered design work with clear rationale and results
