The Graphic Designer will produce digital and print assets, including social media graphics, website visuals, and campaign collateral. They will collaborate with marketing teams to interpret creative briefs and optimize visuals for audience engagement.
Responsibilities
- Produce digital and print assets including social media graphics, website visuals, ads, brochures, sales decks, infographics, and campaign collateral
- Create brand-consistent layouts using strong typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Develop visuals that support storytelling, product marketing, and customer engagement
- Interpret creative briefs and collaborate closely with marketing strategists and writers
- Design for performance—optimize visuals for clarity, conversion, and audience engagement
- Work across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Maintain organized file structures, naming conventions, and version control
- Deliver projects on schedule while managing multiple simultaneous tasks
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print work
- Proficiency: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva
- Excellent layout, typography, composition, and branding skills
- Experience designing for marketing and performance-driven campaigns
- Ability to work independently, respond well to feedback, and iterate quickly
- Strong communication and ability to work cross-functionally
