Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Junior Digital Graphic Designer to support the creation of engaging, on-brand content for digital channels. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for layout, color, and typography, with an understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and digital production workflows.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and execution of promotional creative, including homepages, emails, paid social, and display ads
- Collaborate on the development of digital concepts across multiple marketing channels
- Design within the established brand aesthetic to ensure a consistent look and feel across layout, typography, color, and graphics
- Support the preparation of mock-ups and prototypes for internal creative reviews
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Web design, Graphic design or related field
- 0 – 1 years of experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma for digital design and collaboration
- Basic understanding of coding (HTML and CSS); familiarity with JavaScript is a plus
