Lead the complete design lifecycle for features and game systems, ensuring a superior user experience. Collaborate with product and game design teams to define feature architecture and interaction patterns that align with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the complete design lifecycle (strategy, UX, UI) for features, game systems, core loops, and live-ops features
- Partner with product and game design teams to define feature architecture and interaction patterns
- Define, document, and evolve our visual style guides, UI components, and motion principles
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a significant focus on mobile games (F2P experience preferred)
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and advanced prototyping/motion tools
- Mastery of usability heuristics, player psychology, and accessibility standards for mobile platforms
Key Skills
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional work in both interaction design (UX), information architecture, and visual design (UI)
- Familiarity with user research methodologies, usability testing, A/B testing, and utilising data analysis to inform design decisions
