Lead UI/UX design for the labor marketplace across web and mobile platforms. Collaborate with various teams to translate complex workforce workflows into intuitive and scalable design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead UI/UX design for the labor marketplace across web and mobile
- Map user journeys for candidates, employers, recruiters, and workforce managers
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools
- Build a cohesive design system that supports speed, scalability, accessibility, and brand consistency
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate concepts and streamline hiring flows
Requirements
- 3β5+ years of UI/UX design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design
- Expertise in Figma, prototyping tools, and design systems
- Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear, human-centered solutions
- Comprehensive understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design
Key Skills
- Experience designing labor or talent marketplaces, staffing platforms, gig or shift-based workforce apps, or B2B SaaS
- Knowledge of HRIS, ATS, CRM, onboarding, identity verification, or scheduling systems
- Familiarity with front-end implementation constraints (React, component libraries, etc.)
- Motion/interaction design skills
- Passion for human-centered design and solving real-world workforce challenges
