You will design, test, and improve in-house built applications and help digitize various processes. This includes working on the ingwb.com website, InsideBusiness Portal, and other specialized applications throughout the bank.
Responsibilities
- Design, test and improve in-house built applications and help digitize processes
- Maintain a helicopter-view of what is needed to deliver the best designs and prioritize tasks accordingly to get the most value for customers
- Work in a tech-driven environment in multidisciplinary teams to provide customers a superior banking experience that is also positive for the planet
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years work experience as UX Designer, preferably in the financial service industry
- Specialty in interaction design but also confident in other fields of UX design (visual design, user testing)
- Ability to understand the underlying issues, opportunities and dynamics of an international organization
- Ability to display style flexibility, approach and behavior for different needs, cultures and situation
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Impressive portfolio with preferably financial cases
- Proficient in Figma
