Senior Product Designer (Full Remote - Bosnia Herzegovina)

Own the end-to-end design process for features across multiple product areas from concept to delivery. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketers to create engaging user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process for features across multiple product areas from concept to delivery
• Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, intuitive, and engaging user experiences
• Maintain and evolve a unified design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products
• Design for emerging and evolving UX patterns in a fast‑moving AI product landscape, drawing on market trends and competitor insights
• Adapt quickly and manage multiple projects in parallel, delivering at speed without compromising quality

Requirements

• 5+ years of end-to-end product design experience, ideally in dating or social platforms, chat-based experiences, AI-generation tools, or live‑interactive gamified products
• Strong skills in interaction design, visual design, responsive design and information architecture
• Proven ability to ship impactful features from 0→1 and iterate based on real-world feedback
• Proficiency in Figma, with the ability to create production-ready UI assets
• Expert-level prototyping skills to clearly communicate ideas, flows, and interactions to developers and stakeholders
• Resourceful problem-solving: able to find creative solutions that achieve both beauty and practicality
• Strong ability to synthesise insights from competitor and market research into actionable design decisions

• Strong grasp of effective copywriting, recognising that copy is an integral part of design
• Skills in motion design, illustration, or 3D
• Understanding of HTML/CSS/JS for effective collaboration with developers to deliver solutions that are both visually compelling and technically sound
