Lead UI/UX design for the labor marketplace across web and mobile, mapping user journeys and creating wireframes and prototypes. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define features and streamline hiring flows.
Responsibilities
- Lead UI/UX design for the labor marketplace across web and mobile
- Map user journeys for candidates, employers, recruiters, and workforce managers
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools (Figma preferred)
- Build a cohesive design system that supports speed, scalability, accessibility, and brand consistency
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers on feature definition, workflow design, and sprint planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field, equivalent experience
- 3–5+ years of UI/UX design experience, ideally with marketplaces, HR tech, gig-economy platforms, ATS/CRM systems, or workforce products
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design, especially conversion-driven flows
- Expertise in Figma, prototyping tools, and design systems
