Senior Product Designer (Full Remote - Sweden)

Own the end-to-end design process for features across multiple product areas, translating complex AI capabilities into engaging user experiences. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketers to rapidly prototype and test ideas, ensuring high-quality experiences at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process for features across multiple product areas from concept to delivery
• Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, intuitive, and engaging user experiences
• Maintain and evolve a unified design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products
• Design for emerging and evolving UX patterns in a fast‑moving AI product landscape, drawing on market trends and competitor insights
• Adapt quickly and manage multiple projects in parallel, delivering at speed without compromising quality

Requirements

• 5+ years of end-to-end product design experience
• Strong skills in interaction design, visual design, responsive design and information architecture
• Proven ability to ship impactful features from 0→1 and iterate based on real-world feedback
• Proficiency in Figma, with the ability to create production-ready UI assets
• Expert-level prototyping skills to clearly communicate ideas, flows, and interactions to developers and stakeholders
