Define and drive the end-to-end information architecture and user journey mapping for Opus1's products. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver intuitive features that enhance user experience and support customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the end-to-end information architecture and user journey mapping for products
- Standardize and streamline existing design systems
- Interview users, lead usability testing, and advocate for iterative design improvements
- Translate user research findings into actionable design solutions
- Manage and mentor contractors and ICs
Requirements
- 7+ years of UX design experience
- Demonstrated expertise in information architecture, user journey mapping, and design system standardization
- Proven ability to create and implement user research and usability testing programs
- Mastery of Figma and familiarity with other design and prototyping tools
- Strong communication skills
