The Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end design process for features across multiple product areas, translating complex AI capabilities into engaging user experiences. They will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketers to deliver high-quality designs at speed.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process for features across multiple product areas from concept to delivery
- Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, intuitive, and engaging user experiences
- Maintain and evolve a unified design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products
- Design for emerging and evolving UX patterns in a fast-moving AI product landscape, drawing on market trends and competitor insights
- Adapt quickly and manage multiple projects in parallel, delivering at speed without compromising quality
Requirements
- 5+ years of end-to-end product design experience, ideally in dating or social platforms, chat-based experiences, AI-generation tools, or live-interactive gamified products
- Strong skills in interaction design, visual design, responsive design, and information architecture
- Proven ability to ship impactful features from 0→1 and iterate based on real-world feedback
- Proficiency in Figma, with the ability to create production-ready UI assets
- Expert-level prototyping skills to clearly communicate ideas, flows, and interactions to developers and stakeholders
