Product Designer

Lead the design process from understanding user needs to crafting intuitive experiences. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape new features and improve existing ones.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process end-to-end from understanding user needs to crafting delightful, intuitive experiences.
• Turn complex system challenges into clear, elegant, and human-centered design solutions.
• Apply design thinking and data-informed insights to solve real problems for hoteliers, operators, and travelers.
• Communicate your ideas visually and clearly from low-fidelity sketches and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to shape new features and improve existing ones.
• Conduct and analyze user research and usability testing to validate and iterate on designs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design (UI/UX) for web and mobile ideally in SaaS or platform products.
• A strong grasp of user-centered design principles, user research, and usability testing.
• Strategic thinking you understand the “why” behind design decisions and how they impact the business.
• A portfolio that showcases your design process, problem-solving skills, and sense of visual clarity.
• You are on top of everything AI related, you use AI to boost your workflows and you understand the challenges of building an AI product

Key Skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; you know how to bring people along with your ideas.
• Business fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Curiosity, empathy, and a willingness to step into both the traveler’s and the hotelier’s shoes.
