Mid-Level Graphic Designer

The Mid-Level Graphic Designer will support the Senior Designer in creating sales enablement materials and collaborate with the Talent team to develop visuals for talent branding. This role involves researching design trends and adapting content for various audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Designer in creating compelling sales enablement materials, including one-pagers, presentations, and digital collateral.
• Partner with the Talent team to develop and activate the talent brand across owned and paid channels (website, social media, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Research and identify design and industry trends to keep creative output innovative, relevant, and aligned with audience expectations.
• Adapt and tailor content and design pieces to different audiences and communication needs.
• Support the production and editing of short-form video content for social media, website, and talent branding initiatives.
• Allocate time and resources efficiently to ensure quality and consistency across all deliverables.
• Maintain strong organization and clear communication around project timelines and priorities.
• Contribute fresh ideas and proactively propose formats and design concepts that align with business and marketing goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within the tech or B2B space.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, especially LinkedIn and web-based content.
• Excellent attention to detail and a results-focused, metric-driven mindset.
• Efficient and organized, with the ability to manage priorities thoughtfully and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Creative, innovative, and solutions-oriented with a “can-do” attitude.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Fluent in English.
