Senior Graphic Designer - Motion Design (all genders) - Zalando Fashion Studios

Lead creative campaigns by conceptualizing and delivering high-quality assets, ensuring consistency with brand strategy. Collaborate with Art Directors to design captivating digital experiences and drive projects independently while communicating creative vision to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative campaigns by conceptualizing and delivering high-quality assets from start to finish
• Collaborate with Art Directors to design captivating digital experiences for both onsite and offsite visualizations
• Drive projects independently, delivering on time and within budget, and effectively communicate your creative vision to all stakeholders
• Act as a brand ambassador by building upon existing corporate identity guidelines and ensuring design quality across a wide variety of formats
• Apply expertise in Motion Design, backed by strong technical skills and a creatively driven mindset
• Contribute to the team by mentoring colleagues and implementing solutions to improve design capabilities and efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in graphic, communication, or visual design
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a design studio or in-house team
• Strong interest in fashion and design and on the pulse of current fashion, social media, and contemporary cultural trends
• Solid understanding of Motion Design and ability to deliver high-quality 2D animations
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
