We are looking for a UX Designer to join us in continuing to build our AI powered security operations platform, GreyMatter. You will work with the UX team as well as Product Managers to shape GreyMatter while educating others about design best practices.
Responsibilities
- Meeting with customers to deeply understand their needs, pain points, and aspirations
- Collaborating with product managers and developers, and other stakeholders, advocating for the best possible user experience
- Illustrate and iterate on design ideas through storyboards, sketches, and prototypes
- Designing wireframes and high-fidelity user interfaces
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, or similar role
- Strong portfolio of design projects ideally in AI/LLM's
- Passion for designing solutions to hard, technical problems
- Proficient in design software (e.g. Figma)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus
