Senior UX/UI Designer and Researcher

McKesson is seeking a UX Researcher and Designer to create and orchestrate user research strategies and translate insights into actionable design solutions. The role involves conducting generative research, rapid prototyping, and facilitating ideation sessions.

Responsibilities

• Create and orchestrate user research strategy and translate insights into actionable design solutions
• Conduct generative research, rapid prototyping, and facilitate ideation sessions
• Educate designers and product team members on conducting research and adhering to design best practices
• Champion analytic tools within products, analyze, and report while ensuring design decisions are data-informed
• Work with the wider UX Research and UX Design teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, Design or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years of combined professional experience in UX Design and UX Research
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in UX Research, including generative, end-to-end research, and usability studies
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI Design, including creating wireframes, high-fidelity prototyping, information architecture, and interaction and visual design
