Senior UX Designer

Seeking a UX Designer with strong problem-solving abilities and systems thinking to define UX strategies that bridge user journeys across diverse contexts, align with business objectives, address user needs, and accommodate technical constraints.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, managers, and development teams across regions to gather requirements, build strong relationships, and align on objectives
• Contribute to user research initiatives when necessary, leveraging an array of research methods and tools
• Develop and refine design concepts, present ideas effectively, and create proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to advance initiatives
• Work on enhancing both the User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) of products
• Facilitate seamless handoffs to developers by ensuring precise implementation and maintaining design quality
• Create and support design systems as centralized sources of truth, accompanied by comprehensive documentation
• Produce prototypes, user flows, wireframes, and interactive mockups to clearly articulate design visions
• Provide guidance to junior designers through constructive feedback and collaborative engagement
• Participate in community events and conferences, representing the team as both a learner and speaker
• Experiment with AI tools and motion UI concepts to elevate design quality and interactivity

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in design (agency or enterprise)
• A strong portfolio reflecting your expertise with complete end-to-end design solutions, not isolated screens or incomplete workflows
• Background in design thinking with a focus on user journeys, supported by solid research techniques
• Skills in user research, including discovery processes and data-driven analysis
• Expertise in articulating and presenting design concepts, solutions, and iterative progress to stakeholders
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, with familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (or similar tools)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, developers, and multi-disciplinary teams while managing expectations
• Strong organizational capabilities to independently manage projects in a fast-paced environment
• Competency in English at B2+ level to ensure smooth communication with global clients

Key Skills
