Remote $120,000 - $180,000 Contract Senior
TaxMD is seeking a Senior UX/UI Design Consultant to conduct a complete design audit of their platform and elevate it to top-tier, Silicon Valley–level standards.
Responsibilities
- Full Audit of Existing UX/UI (Figma)
- Review all screens across Web User + CPA SaaS versions
- Assess user flows, state management, and component structure
- Evaluate color system, typography, spacing, iconography, accessibility
- Identify broken patterns, inconsistencies, and UX debt
- Provide annotated recommendations and redesign plans
Requirements
- 10+ years in UX/UI design for U.S.-based SaaS companies
- Proven portfolio with successful U.S. product launches
- Expert-level Figma skills
- Strong understanding of modern SaaS dashboards, conversion optimization, design systems, accessibility (WCAG), and enterprise UI flows
