NEXTON is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead a team of UX/UI designers and work on various projects, ensuring the best possible user experience.
Responsibilities
- Leading a team of designers
- Supervising and participating in user research
- Directing design strategy with product teams
- Analyzing and providing feedback on tests
- Ensuring consistency of user experience
- Conceiving wireframes and prototypes
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in product design
- Expertise in management, user research, design systems, and animation of user tests
- Proficiency in design interface tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe suite
- Ability to work in a team and in an agile mode
- Good understanding of English
