The Senior Design Engineer will be responsible for the design and development of complex machinery, including injection molding and extrusion machines. This role involves end-to-end product design, customization, and optimization for cost reduction.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex pieces of equipment such as screws, twin screws, manifolds, and precise equipment
- Customization of standard and new machines with variant configuration
- Competitor product analysis and bench marking
- Design optimization for cost reduction and DFMEA
Requirements
- B.E (Mechanical/Production) with 4 to 6 years of experience
- Experience in end-to-end product design and development of injection molding machines, extrusion machines, and special purpose machines
- Knowledge of machine design, material selection, and heat treatment process

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good team player
- Ability to prioritize and plan effectively
- Good problem-solving skills and creative approach to new ideas
