As a Senior Web Designer, you will lead the creation of strategy-driven digital experiences for small business clients, focusing on web design that enhances user experience and conversion rates. You will mentor junior designers and collaborate with various teams to ensure design excellence across multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert-level, user-centered web design solutions that balance aesthetics, usability, and business strategy
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of polished, high-fidelity web design mockups that prioritize accessibility, user experience, and conversion optimization
- Translate complex brand and marketing strategies into visually compelling, responsive digital interfaces
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of professional design experience, with a primary focus on web design and client-facing work
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and related design tools
- A proven portfolio demonstrating advanced design execution, UX expertise, and measurable business impact
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead client meetings and internal critiques confidently
