The Graphic Designer will create on-brand digital design assets for Email, omni-channel promotional events, and SMS. They will collaborate with the Marketing Design team and cross-functional partners to ensure high-quality execution and alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Create excellent, on-brand design supporting Email, omni-channel promotional events, and SMS
  • Ensure all designed content delivers upon brief, is stylistically cohesive, and optimized for the customer experience
  • Create various, unique design concepts for internal reviews to ensure best-in-class execution
  • Inspire and contribute conceptual design ideas
  • Optimize, prepare and deliver files with accuracy and precision
  • Present your work clearly and thoughtfully to teammates and cross-functional partners with a customer-first approach
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to meet business goals and ensure designs implemented align with company initiatives
  • Receive and implement feedback from key stakeholders, as well as provide feedback to your team

Requirements

  • Excellent typographic sensibility with a keen eye for detail, hierarchy, and consistency across a variety of visual assets
  • A sharp aesthetic sensibility with a passion for creating harmony between type and image
  • A strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while ensuring high standards of quality and on-time delivery
  • A self-starter who is willing and able to build and continuously improve upon our creative standards and processes
  • Highly proficient in Figma and core Adobe CC programs
  • Animation skills in Adobe After Effects are a plus
  • Highly proficient in Mac OSX and Microsoft Office
  • Knows how to optimize images and animations for various digital platforms
  • Understands responsive digital design, how to design for various devices and viewports
