Graphic Designer, Creative

Design print and digital creative for marketing, advocacy, and fundraising communications. Coordinate with various teams to ensure all projects meet deadlines and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Designs print and digital creative for marketing, advocacy and fundraising communications across the organization and its 501c4 affiliate under the direction of the Art Director
• Ensures all deliverables align with the provided strategy, specs, brand guidelines and timelines
• Efficiently facilitates communication between Communications and Brand, Marketing and programs using Jira, Teams and email
• Coordinates with Art Directors, Editors, Graphic Designers and Marketing Production team to meet all assigned deadlines
• Follows established processes to ensure projects meet specifications and vendor requirements, including preparing and packaging final files for print, digital or vendor delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent work experience required
• A minimum of two (2) years of graphic design and production experience required
• High-quality design and illustration knowledge including the use of sophisticated typography treatments and compelling layout composition
• Expert understanding of design and illustration principles, color balance, and visual weight
• Clear understanding of brand standards and management
