Junior Graphic Designer

The Junior Graphic Designer supports the Digital Design Manager in creating marketing materials and designs for various platforms. This includes designing email communications, updating digital assets, and ensuring brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Support the Digital Design Manager in creating internal and external marketing materials to support project strategy and goals
- Size and source appropriate images to use across social media platforms
- Work with Digital Design Manager to design email communications to send to existing members
- Support design team with updates to digital assets and systems
- Learn the features and benefits of PFFCU products and services and our key selling points relative to the competition
- Stay on top of industry and competitor trends
- Archive files electronically maintaining naming conventions and processes and procedures for file storage
Requirements
- College degree required; Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school in Graphic Design
- Experience in an advertising agency or in-house corporate agency a plus
- Experience working with digital, social, web and email platforms
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to execute on projects assigned by management and Digital Design Manager
- Comfortable managing multiple projects, working in a fast-paced environment and able to meet deadlines
