The Graphic Designer will develop and produce creative concepts across multiple projects while ensuring all graphic outputs align with the Chicago Bears brand identity. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing projects through all stages of production.
Responsibilities
- Develop and produce top-tier creative concepts across multiple projects
- Translate brand strategy and guidelines into cohesive visual expressions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements
- Take initiative to identify design opportunities and propose creative solutions
- Ensure all graphic outputs align with brand identity and tone
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and help shape the visual direction of campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years professional full-time design experience
- Proficient with current versions of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Microsoft Office products
- Animation/motion skills are a plus
- Strong conceptual thinking, typography skills, and basic photography experience
