Banner Health is seeking a Digital Product Designer to create experiences that convert a person from awareness to engagement with a company.
Responsibilities
- Work on a revamp of the main website
- Integrating the website into the patient experience
- Making value more clear for patients when they get to the website
- Redesign of .com, re-platforming, day to day campaigns, microsite designs
- Production work for the campaigns and visioning for the future .com
Requirements
- Experience and skills in discovering needs, then creating experiences that convert a person from awareness to engagement with a company
- Focus is on top of funnel engagement, very important to speak to experience creating conversion engines by mapping messaging and value propositions to unmet needs to competitively differentiate a company
- Large .com experience
- Excellent visual design chops, not pure aesthetic, ability to motivate behavior with compelling propositions
- Research experience and knowledge of the Double Diamond process, doing discovery work, visual design, design strategy, and then delivery
