Lead design for Payments products across multiple teams, focusing on Checkout, Terminals, and Mobile app. Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to explore opportunities and launch new financial products.
Responsibilities
- Shape the Vision: contribute to the Payments domain by defining a design strategy and bringing it to life
- Innovate: take ideas from concept to reality alongside Product Managers, Engineers, User Researchers, and fellow designers
- Experiment and Iterate: identify assumptions, design experiments to validate them, and iterate based on data-driven insights
- Drive Change: be an entrepreneurial force and a role model who challenges the status quo at Mollie
Requirements
- Strategic Mindset: simplifying complex problems into elegant solutions
- Interaction and Visual Design: confident in tackling complex interaction challenges with a keen eye for visual details
- Prototyping & Validation: knowing how to do user research and collaborate with researchers
- Communication & Collaboration: understanding that great design doesn’t happen in a vacuum and involving stakeholders early and often
