Lead the design of user interfaces and ensure they are intuitive and visually cohesive. Collaborate with various teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of intuitive, scalable, and visually cohesive interfaces across products
- Translate complex concepts into clear, elegant, and accessible user experiences
- Create and maintain the design system, ensuring consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs
- Conduct UI reviews, provide feedback, and guide design best practices across teams
- Participate in user testing and integrate feedback into visual design improvements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products
- Portfolio showcasing both UI design and interaction design
- Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography
- Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent tools) and familiarity with prototyping tools
- Experience building and managing design systems
- Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles
