- Play a central role in shaping a best-in-class care delivery experience
- Lead complex, high-impact patient-facing end-to-end experiences
- Shape product direction alongside Product and Engineering
- Raise the bar for craft, usability, accessibility, and systems thinking
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience designing end-to-end product experiences in consumer-facing SaaS
- Strong interaction design craft and systems thinking
- Proven ability to design accessible, inclusive, and scalable user experiences
- Ability to operate with high autonomy, leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
