You will take new features from ideation to implementation, focusing on intuitive flows and strong systems thinking. Collaboration with various teams will be essential for high-impact work.
Responsibilities
- Take new features from ideation, design, prototyping to implementation
- Raise product quality with intuitive flows, crisp visual design, and strong systems thinking
- Understand our space and clients deeply to influence product direction
- Work both in Figma and code to bring ideas to life
- Work closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Ops, and our CEO on high-impact work
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional product design experience
- A strong online portfolio showing excellent visual design, interaction design, systems thinking, and design systems experience
- Excellent communicator who works proactively and independently
- Expertise in Figma including high-fidelity prototyping
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Tailwind are preferred, with bonus points for Svelte and TypeScript
