As a Junior Product Designer, you will design product concepts that balance vision, business potential, and intuitive user experiences. You will collaborate with various teams to support implementation and ensure user-centric design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design product concepts that balance vision, business potential, and intuitive user experiences
- Craft every detail for new product features from ideation to pixel-perfect execution
- Work closely with the UX Research team and connect with customers to understand their needs and integrate feedback into product roadmaps and design iterations
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and team leads to support implementation and address any design-related queries to drive your vision to the shipping line
- Support the evolving design system intentionally as they scale
- Design within technical, business, and time constraints, ensuring a balance between innovation and practicality
Requirements
- Previous professional experience in UX/UI design within a product or software development team
- Experience in creating prototypes or detailed mockups to create clear and visually appealing human interfaces
- Proficiency in communicating complex design concepts clearly across different levels of the organization
- Understanding of user-centered design, user research, user testing, rapid prototyping, usability, and accessibility
