Contribute to the evolution of Prima’s Design System by designing and maintaining scalable UI components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between design and code implementations.
Responsibilities
- Design System Development: Contribute to the evolution of Prima's Design System by designing, documenting, and maintaining scalable UI components and interaction patterns
- Design Guidelines: Help define visual and interaction standards that ensure a consistent experience across all products and platforms
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, product designers, product managers, and content specialists to ensure alignment between design and code implementations
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in product or system design, preferably contributing to or maintaining a design system
- Portfolio that demonstrates deep expertise in UI design foundations, systems thinking, and consistency across complex products
- Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, Tokens, Component Libraries)
- Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA) and ability to design components and patterns that meet those standards
