Lead the design of end-to-end digital experiences that enhance customer engagement and support business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accessible and compliant designs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of end-to-end digital experiences across platforms
- Apply a human-centered design approach to frame problems, co-create solutions, and build value across digital touchpoints
- Craft UX deliverables including site maps, user flows, experience maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Translate user insights and behavioral data into design strategy
- Conduct comparative and competitive analyses, stakeholder interviews, and research to inform design and innovation opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, engineering, delivery, legal, and compliance teams
- Leverage strong visual and interaction design skills using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Actively contribute to team critiques, workshops, and the evolution of the design system and best practices—including AI-enabled UX
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience designing user-centered digital products and experiences
- Proven ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking, business acumen, and attention to detail
- Strong skills in prototyping, wireframing, and storytelling
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Demonstrated success in working across diverse teams and with regulatory/compliance stakeholders in a financial context
