Digital Experience UI/UX Manager

Justrite Safety Group is seeking a UI/UX Designer to elevate the digital experience across their ecommerce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end user experience across Justrite Safety Group's ecommerce portfolio.
• Develop and maintain a multi-quarter UX design roadmap that aligns with business priorities, customer needs, and ROI impact.
• Design elegant, scalable solutions for complex user journeys.
• Author finalized high-priority designs ensuring design integrity from concept to production.
• Drive continuous improvement of the customer experience by identifying opportunities for new features and optimizations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years designing eCommerce or B2B product experiences
• Portfolio of work that demonstrates design prowess and metric impacts
• Expert with Figma (or like tools Adobe XD, Sketch, etc), prototyping tools, and modern design-system principles
• Fluency in A/B frameworks and analytics suites
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
