Senior Product Designer

Everlaw is looking for an experienced Product Designer to lead large and ambitious projects, guiding products from brainstorming to launch and collaborating closely with the product and R&D teams.

Responsibilities

• Become product certified and learn the ins and outs of the Everlaw platform
• Conceptualize, design, and ship large features and quality-of-life improvements
• Contribute to the roadmap by proposing new features and quality-of-life enhancements
• Lead user research and uncover durable insights about users
• Craft and deliver solutions in the form of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect prototypes
• Coach and mentor other designers to ensure an elegant and cohesive user experience

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience shipping product features
• Portfolio showcasing thoughtful and user-centered design work
• Lead design work throughout the entire process, from initial research to post-launch evaluation
• Exemplary design skills, critical thinking skills, and systems thinking
• Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions
