Senior Content Designer to craft strategy and in-product language for AI-powered products, driving content strategy and UX writing across Growth and Experience areas.
Responsibilities
- Drive content strategy + UX writing across Growth and Experience areas (onboarding, activation, and broader AI product experiences)
- Translate complex concepts into clear, human, approachable content
- Partner closely with product designers, PMs, engineers, and researchers
- Craft experiences informed by feedback, metrics, accessibility, and localization best practices
- Contribute to workshops and critiques that elevate the craft and quality of work
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional writing experience, with 5+ years in in-product content
- Strong portfolio of content design work
- Proven ability to collaborate across design, product, and engineering
- Track record of balancing creativity with consistency and controlled vocabularies
- Ability to prioritize across multiple projects and stakeholders
